The German benchmark is creating a volatile range and has a couple of factors which have impact; in an effort to keep it simple we’ll just follow the direction of momentum.

The Euro vaulted to the highest level in two months against the US Dollar, with prices re-establishing a foothold above the 1.19 figure.

The ASX 200 is either consolidating nicely or making an ominous double top. While the former still looks more likely this is not an obvious time for heroics.
