The Australian Dollar is on the verge of overturning the near-term down trend established from highs set in late January against its US counterpart.

The ASX 200 is again flirting with the 6000 point and, as usual, disappointment seems the likely result for bulls. However, from one angle the index looks quite resilient.

There weren’t any significant changes from one week to the next, but are some positioning profiles worth keeping an eye on.

The SA40 Cash Index has traded through our initial target at 52345 and is nearing our secondary target at 53090

Last week, ETH/USD and XRP/USD broke big support levels, but turnarounds have them set up to test those levels as resistance; important to see how that face-off resolves itself.
