The dollar has mostly gained ground today after picking up bids during the European AM session. The buck logged an 11-day versus the yen, and recoup lost ground versus the euro and sterling, after seeing a two-month low in the case against the latter during Asian trading. Lower than expected inflation data out of the Eurozone encouraged some selling of EUR-USD, while profit taking and corporate sellers were reported in Cable following a three-day rally (which came amid hopes of a breakthrough in Brexit negotiations).
