EUR-USD rallied to a four-day high of 1.1730 as markets digested political development in Italy, where Five Star and the League are forming a coalition government. Over on the Iberian peninsular, Spanish PM Rajoy fell in a confidence vote, with Pedro Sanchez, of the left-wing — but pro EU — PSOE, taking up the reigns.
