The NZ dollar printed a two-week low at 0.6768 following dovish-tilting guidance from the RBNZ, which said that the outlook has been tempered slightly by the trade tensions among some of the world’s major economies. This followed the widely expected decision to leave the cash rate unchanged at 1.75%. Elsewhere, narrow ranges have prevailed. USD-JPY has held between 109.96 to 110.35 during Asian trading ahead of the London interbank open, below yesterday’s five-session high at 110.49. EUR-USD oscillated around 1.1550-60, holding above yesterday’s five-session low at 1.1540.
