The Dollar was weaker in N.Y. to start the week, with losses kicked off by a sharply lower housing market index. The DXY dropped to 96.13 lows from opening levels near 96.45. Wall Street and yields slid on fresh trade concerns and as Apple reportedly cut iPhone production orders. EUR-USD rallied from 1.1415 lows to 1.1464 highs at mid-morning. USD-JPY tumbled to November lows of 112.42 from from near 112.90. USD-CAD pulled back from 1.3202 highs as oil prices rallied, while Cable steadied near 1.2860.
