After attempting to rally early in the N.Y. morning session on Monday, the Dollar pulled back. The DXY fell to two-week lows of 95.64 from early highs of 95.89. Risk-off conditions prevailed, sending U.S. yields and equities lower. EUR-USD ran up to 1.1446 highs, while USD-JPY dipped under 109.20. Cable was fairly steady over 1.3130, while USD-CAD peaked at 1.3286 before falling back under 1.3250.
