EUR-USD bottomed at .12188, level last seen on January 18. USD-JPY stumbled to 106.57 lows, while USD-CAD topped at two-month high of 1.2824 on softer oil prices. Cable remained under pressure, falling to bear three-week lows of 1.3772.
