After rallying into the N.Y. open on Monday, the Dollar pulled back slightly through the session, taking the DXY to a low of 96.88 from 97.14 highs. A stronger than expected Manufacturing ISM briefly supported the Greenback, though has little impact overall. Wall Street meanwhile traded down from early highs, as the market did a re-think on prospects for a U.S./China trade deal. EUR-USD opened near 1.1325, before making its way to 1.1364 highs, as USD-JPY bucked the trend modestly, moving up to 113.69 from lows of 113.45. USD-CAD was steady on either side of 1.3200.
