The Dollar index bounced modestly to near one-month highs of 97.52 through the morning session in N.Y., coming from opening lows of 97.36. A weak durables report ultimately had little impact on the Greenback, though the USD lost some ground after the London close, where a speech from U.K. PM May, saying an article 50 extension would be needed, and that she would work with opposition to find a Brexit deal, lifted both the Pound and the Euro. EUR-USD fell to 1.1184 lows, later briefly bouncing over 1.1200.
