International Economic Week in Review: The Bank of Canada Raises Rates; The ECB and RBA Stand Pat

     This was a busy week for central banks: the Bank of Canada raised rates while the ECB and RBA maintained their current respective interest rates.  Other news was largely positive with statistics continuing to show a broadly advancing global environment.
