DRB-Hicom gets flexibility in managing asset pool pledged to Govco

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government and DRB-Hicom Bhd have entered into an asset exchange agreement that varied earlier-proposed terms, giving the company more flexibility in managing an asset pool to be created as a collateral.
